    Trevor Nunn To Direct World Stage Premiere Of Fatal Attraction At Theatre Royal Haymarket

    It has been confirmed that Trevor Nunn will direct the world stage premiere of Fatal Attraction

     

    Fatal Attraction will begin previews at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on 8th March 2014. Fatal Attraction will only run for a fifteen week limited season until 21st June 2014.
     
    Casting for this new adaptation by James Dearden (writer of the 1987 original screenplay) and further information will be announced shortly.
     
    "This story of obsession and revenge explores how a chance meeting in a bar and a casual encounter quickly becomes a living nightmare for Dan Gallagher, a successful New York lawyer, and his young family. After spending one weekend with the gorgeous Alex Forrest, he assumes he can just walk away, but Alex is a woman who refuses to be ignored. She pursues Dan and his family with terrifying consequences."
     
    Trevor Nunn is one of the most respected theatre directors of all time. He was previously the Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company as well as the Royal National Theatre. He has directed some of the biggest and most successful West End shows of all time including: Les Misérables, Cats, Starlight Express, Chess, The Woman in White, Anything Goes, South Pacific, My Fair Lady, Oklahoma, Sunset Boulevard and Aspects of Love.
     
    Fatal Attraction is produced by Theatre Royal Haymarket Productions, Robert Fox and Patrick Ryecart.
