9 to 5 The Musical announces West End extension

9 to 5 The Musical is now booking until 4 April 2020 at the Savoy Theatre in London's West End. Tickets for the additional performance dates are expected to go sale soon. In a hilarious comment made on the musical's exciting new milestone, Dolly Parton proclaimed, "With a further 300,000 tickets now on sale, that's almost more tickets than I have rhinestones on my outfits!"

The femme fatale musical was adapted from the hit 1980 film of the same name and is written by Patricia Resnick. It features music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, including the fan-favourite title song penned by the Queen of Country herself for the original major motion picture. Like the movie, 9 to 5 follows three colleagues at a major corporation who grow fed up with their selfish boss and his misogynistic antics and decide to band together to teach him a lesson.
