TICKET OFFER FOR DEATH AND THE MAIDEN

Take advantage of a super offer of cheap tickets to see Death And The Maiden at the Harold Pinter Theatre which is now ending on 31st December.

Originally scheduled to run until 21st January, the production starring Hollywood actress Thandie Newton in her West End debut, posted early closing notices this week.  The Olivier award winning play by Ariel Dorfman first premiered at the Royal Court in 1991 and this production was it's first West End revival.

The play is a 3 hander with Newton's character Paulina Salas a former political prisoner who is unexpectedly forced to confront the man who she thinks was her capturer and torturer during her prison sentence when the country was under dictatorship.  Apart from facing her alleged captor she also has deal with her husband's liberal attitude while she takes matters into her own hands to exact revenge.

The critics gave the production mixed reviews but with an offer of top price seats reduced to £15.00 for matinee performances and evening performances also discounted you can't really go wrong for a trip to the West End!

It is directed by Jeremy Herrin and produced by Creative Management and Productions and Lyndi Adler.
