    Kinky Boots Opens At London's Adelphi Theatre

    The smash-hit musical KINKY BOOTS opens at London's Adelphi Theatre tomorrow 21 August, 2015 with an all-star British cast.

    The unforgettable Broadway sensation with music by Tony and Grammy-winning pop icon CYNDI LAUPER is a feel-good celebration packed with nonstop fun... and a kick of pure joy!

    Inspired by true events, KINKY BOOTS tells the story of Charlie Price, who inherits his father's shoe factory. Looking to save the family business, Charlie turns to a fabulously fashionable new friend — cabaret star Lola — who gives him an outrageous idea that could change both of their destinies. Soon, this unlikely duo creates the most sensational footwear that’s ever rocked the runways of Milan… giving the factory and its hardworking family a sparkling new future.

    Kinky Boots stars Killian Donnelly and Matt Henry who will portray the central characters Charlie and Lola at the heart of the story, and joining them are Amy Lennox (Lauren), Jamie Baughan (Don), Amy Ross (Nicola) and Michael Hobbs (George).

    Kinky Boots tickets are selling fast, production has already extended its booking period to 6 February, 2016 due to overwhelming public demand and enthusiasm for the London run. Previews begin tomorrow with the show opening in earnest 15 September 2015.
