EVE MYLES AND SUSANNAH FIELDING IN ALL NEW PEOPLE WITH ZACH BRAFF

Eve Myles and Susannah Fielding will play the roles of Emma and Kim, respectively, in the U.K. premiere of play All New People starring and written by Zach Braff due to run at theDuke of York Theatre from 22nd February for a 10 week run.

Myles, who has also appeared in TV's "Doctor Who," "Belonging," "Merlin" and "EastEnders," commented in a statement, "I'm delighted to have been cast as the character of Emma in such a well anticipated and funny play. Having concentrated on TV work recently I'm excited to be returning to the stage and I'm very much looking forward to working with Zach and Peter."

Eve Myles is no stranger to the stage.  From 2003, she based herself in Stratford upon Avon, initially playing Lavinia in the Royal Shakespeare Company production of Titus Andronicus, for which she received the Sunday Times Ian Charleson award in 2004.  She has also played Bianca in The Taming of The Shrew and in 2005, appeared opposite Michael Gambon in Henry IV, Part I and II at the National Theatre.

Fielding, whose TV roles include appearances in "Wallander," "Doctor Who" and "Pete Versus Life," added, "I am very excited to be appearing on the West End stage in All New People. With such a witty script and some fabulous lines, I am really looking forward to getting my teeth into playing the role of Kim."

Susannah Fielding has extensively  worked in theatre and her credits includes Much Ado About Nothing, Philistines, The Rose Tattoo and The Hour We Knew Nothing Of Each Other at the National Theatre, London. She was nominated for an Ian Charleson Award for her role as Pietra in Ibsens an 'An Enemy of the People' at the Sheffield Crucible in 2010 alongside Anthony Sher. In 2011 she plays Portia in Rupert Goold's production of the Merchant of Venice for the RSC alongside Sir Patrick Stewart.

Casting for the role of Myron has yet to be announced.

Making his UK debut, the play written by Zach Braff, an angst-fuelled comedy, saw New York’s Second Stage Theatre packed out nightly and received rave reviews from US critics, with its present day dilemmas and take on four very different characters way of life.
