Trevor Nunn directs Terence Rattigan’s Flare Path as his first production as Artistic Director of the Theatre Royal Haymarket Company. It is 1942. In a country house hotel on the edge of an R.A.F. Bomber Command airfield, a young pilot, his actress wife and a Hollywood film star find themselves at the centre of a passionate conflict of love and loyalty as unpredictable as the war in the skies.
