Award-winning play Mother of Him
Based on a true story, Mother of Him focuses on a family that could be like any other, children and a parent who could be like any other, but they aren’t. Brenda usually has plenty to manage between her professional life, getting 8-year-old Jason off to school and managing her eldest, Matthew. And now things are even more difficult to bear.
Matthew is her oldest boy. Matthew is on house arrest. Matthew is accused of truly heinous crimes. There are media camped outside and Hanukkah is fast approaching. Brenda struggles to hold her family together all whilst guilt is tearing her apart inside. A mother’s love is unconditional, isn’t it?
