Caroline Sheen was born in 1975 in South Wales, UK. She is a professional Welsh actress known for her performances on stage, films and television. An Honorary Fellow of the University of South Wales, she is a member of the Gwent Young People’s Theatre and the National Youth Theatre of Wales. Sheen is married to actor Michael Jibson.
Apart from being a renowned actress, she has a bunch of talents like playing the piano, contemporary dance, ballroom dancing, cabaret singing, jazz dancing, and playing the clarinet.

Sheen trained at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating with a First Class Honours Degree.
