Alexia Khadime is a popular mezzo-soprano and actress born in London, England on 9th July 1983. Famous for her roles in television and British musical theatre, she made her debut stage appearance in 1999; she performed in Cinderella at the Hackney Empire. In 2000, she was part of the UK Tour of Leader of the Pack.

She has multiple theatre appearances including Cinderella (Hackney Empire, 1999-2000); Leader of the Pack (UK National Tour, 2000-01); The Lion King (Lyceum Theatre, 2001); Whistle Down the Wind (UK National Tour, 2003); The Lion King (Lyceum Theatre, 2004-08); Wicked (Apollo Victoria Theatre, 2008, 2009-10); Welcome to Thebes (Royal National Theatre, 2010); Ordinary Days (Trafalgar Studios, 2011); Les Miserables (Queen’s Theatre, 2011, 2012); The Book of Mormon (Prince Wales Theatre, 2013-16); One Love: The Bob Marley Musical (2017) and The Prince of Egypt (Dominion Theatre, 2020).
Film:
Khadime played a wench in the 2012 Les Miserables movie. She also appeared in the film adaptation of London Road, playing the role of Radio Techy.
TV:
In 1996, she made her first television appearance in an episode of The Sculptress (BBC) and for two years appeared in Grange Hill. In 1998, she got a regular role in the kids ITV series Comin’ Atcha! Where she played Tanisha. The following year, she played Ellie Burns in The Queen’s Nose (BBC). She also has additional credits in Sky One’s Dream Team, Class Action, and The Bill.
In 2012, she was a guest on RTE’s OMG! Jedward’s Dream Factory. She also had regular appearances in the kids’ game show Splatalot!. Her voice can even be heard in the animated Cartoon Network series, Steven Universe.
Music:
Khadime released her single “Ring” in February 2003 which made it to the UK Singles Chart. She did a duet with Ben James-Ellis named “Enchanted” in 2008, and in 2011 she worked in the duet “Looking back” with Daniel Boys.
