Tom Xander was born in Wolverhampton on 7th November 1995. Fresh out in the scene, he is probably best known for his performances in Holby City and Jolt. Xander is a brilliant Tenor and is adept at Sight-Reading. Apart from these, he can play the violin and piano, dance to Ballet, Jazz and Pas de Deux, sing Classical, Contemporary, and Rock songs.
Training:
He went to the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Musical Theatre.
Award:
During his training, he won the Ian Fleming Award.
Theatre:
Xander’s debut and recent work involve playing the role of Standby Elder Cunningham in Sonia Friedman Productions’ The Book of Mormon. It is directed by Casey Nicholaw and Trey Parker and is running at the Prince of Wales Theatre.
Film:
Tanya Wexler’s Jolt saw him play Toby Kasparkzi (Millennium Media).
TV:
On television, he played the role of Ricus De Souza in BBC’s Holby City, directed by Jan Bauer.
