Richard Carson is a popular, young actor. He is well-known in the London theatre scene for putting up iconic performances in famous shows like Miss Saigon, Mamma Mia and Wicked. He was also in the UK tour of Sasha Regan’s production of Iolanthe, which amassed critical acclaim. He is a man of multiple talents and has worked extensively on stage and screen.

He went to the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Some of them are John in The Hired Man at the Bernie Grant Centre; Prince Charming in Cinderella at Radlett Centre, Man One in Closer Than Ever at The Pheasantry; ensemble/Farmer in Oklahoma! at the Royal Albert Hall and BBC Proms; Jason in Myrth at The Other Palace; Strephon in Sasha Regan’s All-Male Iolanthe in the UK Tour; ensemble/cover Fiyero in Wicked in its Ireland and UK Tour; ensemble/cover Chris/Marine in Laurence Connor’s Miss Saigon at the Prince Edward Theatre (2014); Sky in Phyllida Lloyd’s Mamma Mia! at the Novello Theatre (2016); Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls at The Mill, Sonning; Reuben/cover Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the London Palladium; Combeferre/Factory Foreman in Les Miserables at the Sondheim Theatre.
Workshops:
Carson has also worked in several workshops. They include Last of the Mohicans at Marylebone Studios, LHO at Delicatessen Studios. He also played the role of Sky in Dino Story at The Other Palace and James in The Dreamers at Victoria Palace.
Film:
On film, he was a member of the 25th Anniversary Performance of Miss Saigon.
