Kelly Ewins-Prouse is a London-based actress, choreographer and singer with extensive experience in theatre.
Training:
Kelly went to the Laine Theatre Arts for her training.
Theatre:
Her credits in theatre include Fame at the Aldwych Theatre; the UK tour of Grease, the international tour of Mamma Mia!, Night Of A Thousand Stars at the Royal Albert Hall, We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre, the UK tour of Forget, Street of Dreams at the Manchester MEN, I Gioielli Della Madonna at the Opera Holland Park, The Bodyguard at the Dominion Theatre, and has also played the role of Dance Captain in the UK tour of Fame, Havana Girl in Guys And Dolls at the Kilworth House, Dance Captain in White Christmas at the Sunderland Empire, Dance Captain/Broadway Melody Girl in Singin’ In The Rain at the Palace Theatre; Swing/Dance Captain in I Can’t Sing at the Palladium, understudy Frau Blucher in Young Frankenstein at the Garrick Theatre/Theatre Royal, Newcastle, and Ensemble/Dance Captain in The Merry Widow (ENO).
Workshops:
She was part of the workshops for Coppelia (KVN Company), Pippin (Menier Chocolate Factory), A Pacifist’s Guide To The War On Cancer (NT Studio) and Metropolis (for Adam Cooper).
TV:
Kelly’s range of acting work also involves television. She made appearances in The National Television Awards, Musicool, Surprise Surprise, The Generation Game, Children In Need, The Royal Variety Performance and Olympic Handover.
Choreography:
As an Assistant Choreographer, she has worked in the UK tour of Oh What A Lovely War and Singin’ In The Rain in the UK, Australia, South Africa and Japan. As an Associate Choreographer, she has worked in Come Fly With Us at IWC Geneva, Up Next Gala at the National Theatre, The Miser at the Garrick Theatre, and Porgy & Bess at Grange Park Opera.
