Born in Grimsby, England, Daniel Clift is pursuing his professional career in theatre. He is currently working as a swing as well as the assistant dance captain for the West End production of Mamma Mia at the Novello Theatre.

Clift has acted in Starlight Express in Bochum, Germany (2015-16) where he was cover Rusty, Engines, Flat Top and Caboose; Mamma Mia! at Limassol, Cyprus; 42nd Street and Hairspray in the UK tour; The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre as part of the original London cast; 42nd Street in the UK tour, and The Sound of Music in Cyprus. During his training at the ArtdEd, he worked in Singin’ in the Rain and Sweet Smell of Success.
