Born in London on November 30, 1993, Charlie Stemp is an English actor, singer and dancer. He rose to fame with his exemplary performance as Arthur Kipps in Half a Sixpence, the West End musical. Growing up in Peckham, South London, Stemp is also a rugby and football enthusiast.
He made his Broadway appearance in the revival of Hello, Dolly! He is also starring opposite Zizi Strallen in the title role of Mary Poppins.
Training:
Stemp went to the Belcanto London Academy Theatre School and spent three years training at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom.
Awards:
He won the Best Actor in a Musical Award for his role as Arthur Kipps in Half a Sixpence at the WhatsOnStage Awards, 2017. In the same year, he was also nominated for Best Actor in a Musical at Laurence Olivier Awards, and Best Actor in a New Production of a Musical (Broadway/World UK/West End Awards). In 2018, he achieved the Outstanding Broadway Debut Award for Hello, Dolly! at the Theatre World Award, 2018).

(Shubert Theatre, 2018) as Barnaby Tucker; Snow White (London Palladium, 2018-19) as Prince Harry of Hampstead; Rough Crossing (2019) as Dvornichek, and Mary Poppins (Prince Edward Theatre, 2019-20) as Bert.
