Alexandra Sarmiento lives in Greater London, UK. Originally from New York, she is a professional Musical Theatre actor and dancer. Having worked both on screen and stage, Sarmiento has earned quite a few credits. She is currently appearing as a Swing and Dance Captain in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s award-winning musical Hamilton at the Victoria Palace Theatre, London.
She is an adept Hip Hop, Freestyle, Ballet, Pas de Deux, and Jazz dancer. Her experience also involves her as an exceptional choreographer.

She went to acquire a Dance Major degree from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts (2007-11) and the State University of New York at Purchase College – Conservatory of Dance.
